Day two-Yellowstone Ntl. Park

Day three-cont'd

Our goal was to drive straight through to Fargo, but just as we were approaching Bismark, a huge pheasant got off track, and flew straight into the windshield... so hard it shattered! We took up shelter in Bismark, and will get back on the road after getting a replacement tomorrow morn. We enjoyed an early night at the pool, and watched the presidential debates!

Day three

We left Billings nice and early, and after a big breakfast we continued east to North Dakota. We stopped in at the Theodore Roosevelt National Park to stretch our legs, and enjoy the sun for a short while.

Day two-cont'd

We then headed over to Billings to visit with Matt's long-time buddy Adam, and his lovely family. Little Nora had lots of fun trying on all of her many hats!

Day Two

After a wee tour of Butte, we continued on to Yellowstone National Park. We drove up to Mammoth Hot Springs and explored the natural beauty.

Day one

After a lovely send-off from Matt's family, we ventured east through Eastern Washington until we reached Butte, Montana.
